Dear Old Man Driving the red car on the Parkway.

I'm sorry that after 2 1/2 miles of driving on the scenic parkway your car was stuck on the bridge.  Those corners can get tight for cars.  I hope the police found you safe and  stuck in your car.

I too enjoy the parkway in the springtime.  It's fun, and has lots of passersby walking and biking.  I see you got a little creative trying to avoid all the road construction.

Please accept my deepest apologies when I ask the authorities to revoke your license.
